EPG Computers is not bound by an order as long as the order has not been accepted or the products have not been shipped, even if you have received a confirmation.

Delivery time for Preconfigured computers: 2 to 3 workdays with Standard shipping

Delivery time for Custom computers: 3-6 workdays with Standard shipping and 5-10 workdays with standard shipping

Depending on your regions's distance from Québec, delivery can take up to 10 business days, even with express delivery. Additional fees may also apply if you live in a remote area or on a reserve. You will be notified at that time.

EPG Computers is not responsible if there is an error in your delivery address.

Refundable within 7 days after payment, only if the item/PC has not been opened or delivered. Refund may take a few days and we must receive the item/PC before we can issue a refund. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable after 7 days. The delivery amount must be paid in case of returns within 7 days.
