Generally, our PCs are at your door after 5 to 12 days, depending on the order.

EPG Computers is 100% online. All of our sales go trough our website and they are shipped to your door. We also use shipping for warranty issues. Our head office is in Daveluyville, QC.

We expedite all of our products. We don't offer pickups from the office under normal circumstances.

We deliver anywhere in Canada!

If you see that the box is damaged, please do not accept the package. 

If your computer has been damaged during delivery, you won't have to pay anything, as it will be covered by our warranty.

1 year EPG warranty on new computers:

• Shipping to and from us for repairs for the first 90 days is at our expense.
• Shipping to us at your expense and return at our expense for repairs following the initial 90 days period.
• Free repair/replacement of parts and labor.
• Free remote diagnosis and repair when possible, only in case of a part failure.

2 and 3 year EPG warranty on new computers:

• Shipping to us and from us at our expense for repairs for the whole duration of the warranty.
• Free repair/replacement of parts and labor.
• Free remote diagnosis and repair when possible, only in case of a part failure.

All items and computers: Physical damage, viruses, Windows corruption and damage due to abnormal or abusive use or caused by the user not covered, you will be charged for the time if this is the case. EPG Computers is not responsible for any loss of data in case of hardware failure.

Technical support is not included in the warranty, except in case of a defective part.

Items sold individually, such as accessories, parts, etc. are guaranteed for 30 days by us.

Following this initial 30 days period, they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

We do not offer a building service, we only sell pre-built and custom systems. We can leave out a part if you have it on hand, but it is your responsibility to install it.
