Are the prices in CAD or USD ?

All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars.

Are there taxes on your products ?

Yes. 
Taxes are displayed when you enter your address in the shopping cart.

How does financing work ?

When you are at the checkout, choose "Paybright Financing" to pay in 12 to 24 installments.

How long does it take to receive my order ?

In general, computers are shipped in 5 to 10 business days. This includes the time to assemble the computer and the time of delivery.

If the delay is longer, it will be mentioned on the product page.

Where are you located ? Do you have a store ?

EPG Computers is an online store. 

All purchases must go through our website. Orders will be shipped directly to your door.

For warranties, we also operate on by delivery. 

Our head office is in Victoriaville, Quebec.

Can we get a computer assembled if we have our parts?

We do not offer computer assembly service. We only sell our own products.

Can we buy parts from you?

Can we pick up our order ourselves in Victoriaville?

We ship all products, we do not offer pickup. 

However, if you are in the Victoriaville area, the waiting time will be shorter since we will go and bring your order to you.

Do you make sponsorships / partnerships ?

We do not currently offer sponsorships or partnerships, other than our referral system for PC EPG owners.

I have a problem with my EPG computer, what do I do ?

If you have a problem with your EPG computer, please contact us so that we can perform a remote diagnosis or send you the procedure for the warranty.

Why on some products are the brands of parts not displayed?

Due to our high volume and volatile supplier inventories, we cannot predict the exact brand that will be in your computer, except for the custom ones.

Please rest assured that we only take quality parts that we recommend.

Which region do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Canada !

Which delivery company do you do business with ?

We deal primarily with Purolator and Canada Post.

What happens if my computer is damaged in the delivery ?

If you see that the box is damaged, please refuse the package. 

If your computer has been damaged during delivery, you don't have to pay anything, it is covered by our warranty.

What is the warranty on new computers ?

1 year EPG warranty on new computers:
✅ Shipping to and from us for repairs for the first 90 days at our expense.

✅ Shipping to us at your expense and return at our expense for repairs for the remainings days.

✅ Free repair/replacement of parts and labor.

✅ Free remote diagnosis and repair when possible, only in case of a part failure.

2 and 3 year EPG warranty on new computers:
✅ Shipping to us at and from us at our expense for repairs for all the duration of the warranty.

✅ Free repair/replacement of parts and labor.

✅ Free remote diagnosis and repair when possible, only in case of a part failure.

All items and computers : Physical damage, viruses, Windows corruption and damage due to abnormal or abusive use or caused by the user not covered, you will be charged for the time if this is the case. EPG Computers is not responsible for any loss of data in case of hardware failure.

Technical support not included in the warranty, except in case of a defective part.

What is the warranty on other items?

Items sold individually, such as accessories, parts, etc. are guaranteed for 30 days by us.

The rest of the time they are under the manufacturer's warranty.
